    Our upstream service provider will be performing un-scheduled hardware maintenance on our International Connect Lines Start: 27th June 2022 22h00 SAST Planned End: 28th June 2022 06h00 SAST Maintenance Window: 8 hours Expected Downtime: 30 minutes Due to the nature of the maintenance, all customers can expect service disruption on international traffic - ranging from disconnects, packet loss and higher than normal latency for the duration of the maintenance window. Engineers and field technicians will be onsite to ensure the maintenance is kept to a minimum. An equipment restart may be required to resync your internet connection. Restart all your equipment by unplugging it from power for 3 minutes
