Our upstream service provider will be performing hardware maintenance on their Fibre lines supplying our all our Towers. Start: 29th June 2022 22h00 SAST Planned End: 30th June 2022 06h00 SAST Maintenance Window: 8 hours Expected Impact: High Due to the nature of the maintenance, all Wireless customers can expect service disruption ranging from periods of extended disconnects, packet loss and higher than normal latency for the duration of the maintenance window. Engineers and field technicians will be onsite to ensure the maintenance is kept to a minimum. An equipment restart may be required to resync your internet connection. Restart all your equipment by unplugging it from power for 3 minutes
