Due to the nature of the change being a core bandwidth upgrade, all customers can expect service disruption ranging from periods of extended disconnects, packet loss and higher than normal latency for the duration of the maintenance window.
Octotel engineers will be onsite to ensure the maintenance is kept to a minimum.
An equipment restart may be required to resync your internet connection.
Restart all your equipment by unplugging it from power for 3 minutes
