    Connectivity has been fully restored. Should you not have connectivity yet, kindly restart your equipment by unplugging both your router and white POE brick from power at the wall socket for 3 minutes

    A damaged power supply has been identified which we have now replaced with a temporary power unit, restoring about 70% of Customers connectivity. We are enroute to obtain a replacement power supply to resolve the issue
