    Kryptonians. we have detected an issue with our equipment caused by the load-shedding/power surge. We have since restarted the equipment and connectivity seems stable again. Should you still be experiencing slow or intermittent connectivity, kindly restart your equipment by unplugging both your router and white POE brick from power at the wall socket for 3 minutes
