Our upstream service provider will be performing hardware maintenance on their upstream undersea cables affecting transmission over the Fibre lines supplying our all our Towers. Start: 8th July 2022 20h00 SAST Planned End: 9th July 2022 08h00 SAST Maintenance Window: 12 hours Expected Impact Time: 6 Hours Due to the nature of the maintenance, all Wireless customers can expect service disruption ranging from packet loss and higher than normal latency to periods of disconnects/no internet connection, for the duration of the maintenance window. Engineers and field technicians will be present to ensure the maintenance is kept to a minimum. An equipment restart may be required to resync your internet connection. Restart all your equipment by unplugging it from power for 3 minutes
